Bok Choy & Chili Garlic Vinaigrette

Fresh bok choy served with our homemade chili crisp vinaigrette made with chili crisp, rice vinegar, tamari, and sesame oil!

  • Microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave safe lid

Cut your bok choy in half down the center. Place your bok choy in a microwave-safe bowl, add a few tablespoons of water, and cover with a plate or microwave-safe lid. Microwave for about 2 minutes, until the leaves are bright green and tender and the stem has softened slightly. Drain excess water, then mix in the chili crisp vinaigrette and season with S&P.
