Gluten-Free Nashville Chicken Cobb

Let’s chat chicken, Fam. This chicken is the main event, everyone knows it. Even Andrew knows it, which he should, as the creator of this epic salad. But lucky for you, you don’t have to do the hard work of breading and frying this baby. All YOU have to do is give it a finishing toss in some hot sauce before it’s on your table with a BUNCH of other tasty goodies, ready to be devoured. Go get it, Fam!

In your bag

  • Gluten-free fried chicken, Nashville hot sauce, cherry tomatoes & red onions, avocado ranch dressing, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs & bacon
  • Baby romaine lettuce

At home

  • Aluminum foil-lined sheet tray and a little oil (optional)
  • Cutting board & knife
  • Mixing bowl

The Fried Chicken & Nashville Hot Sauce: 

  1. Heat up your chicken!
  2. Option #1 (in the oven): Preheat oven to 375°F. Place your chicken in the wooden eco tray and pop it in the oven for 6-8 minutes until warmed to your liking.
  3. Option #2 (in the air fryer): Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Add your chicken and heat for 5-6 minutes, or until warmed to your liking.
  4. Once your chicken is ready, add it to your mixing bowl and drizzle hot sauce over and toss. We want the chicken nicely coated.

The Salad:

  1. Chop up your lettuce and hard boiled egg.
  2. Pop it all into your serving bowl and top with chicken,  bacon, tomato and onion.. Sprinkle on your blue cheese.
  3. Drizzle your ranch all over and toss until nicely coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper!
