Green Beans & Lemon Vinaigrette

Prep time: 2-3 minutes

Fresh green beans with our scratch-made lemon vinaigrette (on the side) made with lemon, dijon, honey, shallots, salt & pepper. Perfect for a little extra greens at dinnertime, or maybe pair with your protein of choice for a light lunch?

In your bag

  • Lemon Vinaigrette

At home

  • A microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave safe lid

Place your green beans in a microwave-safe bowl, add a few tablespoons of water, and cover with a plate or microwave-safe lid. Microwave for about 3 minutes, until the green beans are bright green & tender. Drain excess water, then mix in the lemon vinaigrette and season with S&P.
