What makes this meal bangin'?

 A) Stir-fried marinated chicken breast and veggies (peppers, leeks, bean sprouts) tossed in a spicy-sweet sauce featuring ginger, garlic & Szechuan peppercorn

B) Soy caramel-glazed roasted broccoli florets with crispy fried shallots

C) Fiery chili peanuts to amplify the texture party

D) Jasmine rice that sauces up all the saucy goodness

E) All of the above

The answer is E, plus the fact that it's ready in just 15 minutes! (Sorry not sorry, takeout.)

In your bag

  • Stir-fried chicken with peppers, leeks, bean sprouts & Szechuan peppercorn

At home

  • Aluminum foil-lined sheet tray
  • Large saute pan
  • Microwave-safe bowl

The Broccoli

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on your foil-lined sheet tray and pop it in the oven for 8-12 minutes, or until warmed to your liking.

The Chicken & Veggies

  1. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle in about a tablespoon of oil, and then add your chicken & veggies.
  3. Heat for about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring and tossing everything around to prevent sticking. It should be nice and hot, with a little bit of browning on the edges! 
  4. Remove from heat and set aside until ready to plate. 

The Rice

  1. Put the rice in a microwave-safe bowl. 
  2. Cover with a damp paper towel and heat for 2-3 minutes, or until hot.

To plate, start with a scoop of rice, pile your bangin’ chicken & veggies on top of that, and arrange some broccoli on the side. Top with your crunchy chili peanuts, and dig in!
