How the burrata oozes delicious creaminess over the entire bowl? Is it the peppery watercress? The crunch of the pistachios? The tarragon dressing?!?!?! We can’t say for sure, but our guess is it’s all of the above.

  • Honey sumac pistachios; Tarragon dressing

At home

Remove the ramekins from your bowl. Pour the dressing over the greens and give it a good mix. Add the burrata and sprinkle the pistachios on top. Enjoy!
