Why yes, this *is* the side salad from our Eggplant Parm! We created this in honor of Melanie because she puts that ranch dressing on EVERYTHING. We provide everything you need to assemble the tastiest side salad, like baby gem lettuce, gluten-free parm crumble, and our so-good-you-can-drink-it buttermilk ranch. Enjoy this as a side salad, or maybe add on some proteins from the Mix & Match section?

In your bag

  • Buttermilk ranch dressing
  • Parm crumble

At home

  • Cutting board & knife
  • Mixing bowl

Grab your lettuce and give it a chop. Toss the greens in a bowl with Parm crumble and drizzle buttermilk ranch dressing over the top. Mix, taste, and season with S&P.
