This creamy-dreamy-cheesy polenta is the ultimate comfort food. This decadent polenta is laced with a trio of cheeses (ricotta, Parm, & fontina). Pair with whatever your heart desires!

At home

  • Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl

Stovetop option:

1. Add polenta to a small saucepan over low heat with a splash of water or stock.

2. Break up polenta with a spoon and stir until smooth. Add more water or stock to get your desired consistency. Taste and season with S&P.

Microwave option:

1. Add polenta to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for a minute, then remove and stir. Add a splash of water or stock.

2. Repeat until the polenta is hot & at your desired consistency! Taste and season with S&P.
