Daron Goldstein's Creamy Lobster Bisque

Prep time: 2-3 minutes OR 8-10 minutes

In partnership with Chef Daron Goldstein of Provender Kitchen + Bar in Ellsworth, Maine! This creamy, dreamy lobster bisque is carefully prepared with cream sherry, garlic, onion and a touch of paprika. Served with tarragon creme fraiche for swirling into your soup for that special touch!

At home

  • Pot OR microwave-safe bowl

Pour bisque into a pot set over medium and heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring, until hot. Alternatively, pour bisque into a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave until warmed to your liking stirring halfway (careful not to heat too quickly)! Add a splash of water of stock to adjust to desired consistency. Taste and season with S&P. Swirl creme fraiche on top and enjoy!
