Chef Kelcy's Sweet Potato-Carrot Curry Soup for Two

In partnership with Chef Kelcy of Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester, MA. This rich, velvety soup is serving up some serious "hug you from the inside" vibes, and we are here. for. it. A blend of sweet potato and carrot, infused with aromatic vadouvan curry and a touch of agave. Served with crunchy curry-spiced pepitas and cool coconut-lime crema for garnishing, plus two pieces of pita for dunking in with abandon. Includes 1 quart of soup and, bonus!, it can also be frozen for Future You to enjoy! (Yes, that's your cue to stock up, Fam!)

In your bag

At home

  • Microwave-safe bowl OR pot

Pour soup into a pot and warm over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot & steamy. Alternatively, add soup to a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave until warmed to your liking. Add a splash of water or stock if the soup is extra thick, and taste & season with S&P. Top with crema and pepitas. Warm pita in oven, air fryer, or toaster oven. If cooking from frozen - thaw for 24 hours in the fridge and follow heating instructions.
