Chilled Sesame Chili Noodles with Shrimp for Two

Who said running hot and cold was a bad thing?

This no-work meal combines cold, sesame oil-laced lo mein noodles with a fiery chili crisp sauce. Also in the mix: Sesame roasted shrimp and crunchy veggies (shredded Napa cabbage, carrots, sugar snap peas and carrots). Plus, fresh cilantro and toasted peanuts (both on the side) for garnishing.

Ready to devour as fast as you can combine, sauce & toss! And don't worry if you're spice shy: The chili sauce is on the side so you can moderate the heat level.

In your bag

  • Lo mein noodles
  • Sugar snap peas, edamame, shredded cabbage & carrots
  • Sesame roasted shrimp
  • Chili crisp sauce
  • Peanuts and cilantro

At home

  • Mixing bowl

Add sesame noodles to a mixing bowl and toss with some of the sesame-chili sauce to lightly coat. (This packs some heat, so start light!) Next, add in your veggies & shrimp and toss. Give it a taste, and add in more sauce as desired. Top with cilantro and peanuts.
