Served with an onion focaccia roll for building your sando, plus a vibrant cilantro-cashew pesto for slathering. Farro salad with cukes, red pepper, and feta in a mint vinaigrette comes on the side. No pots or pans needed, just mixy-mixy and assemble! Perfect for a light lunch, dinner, or picnic-style snacking al fresco.
