A crisp blend of fresh mixed greens, frisée, endive & watercress, plus shaved radish & fennel. Pepitas bring the crunch, dried cranberries add sweet-tart balance, and crumbled goat cheese delivers creamy tang. Topped with shredded smoked chicken, and served with a carrot-ginger-chia vinaigrette!
