Hanger Steak with Harissa Aioli

There's nothing we love more than a perfectly cooked piece of steak! Our grilled hanger steak is marinated with garlic, fennel seed, herbs, and lemon for a little extra flavor. Served with harissa aioli for drizzling or dipping! Perfect for adding to your weekly grain bowl or salad, or for making your own plate!

At home

  • Foil-lined sheet tray
  • Cutting board and knife

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Place steak on a foil-lined sheet tray and pop into the oven for 8-12 minutes, or until heated to your liking.

2. Carefully remove from the oven and transfer the steak to a cutting board. Let your steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3. Grab your knife, then cut your steak into half-inch thick slices, cutting against the grain. Aioli is for dipping!
