Say hello to our newest salad! You’ll start with a bed of arugula mixed with Israeli couscous and lentils for that perfect combo of greens + grains. Next up? Honey-sumac roasted carrots, feta cheese, pistachio, and some fresh mint! Paired with our lemon & harissa vinaigrette for an extra punch of flavor.

Enjoy this as-is or pair with some protein for a filling meal that’s ready in a flash.

P.S. The feta cheese and pistachio both come on the side.

At home

  • A Microwave-safe bowl
  • A damp paper towel
  • A fork

Add your couscous & lentils and harissa roasted carrots to a microwave-safe bowl. Add a splash of water, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until warm. Add in your mint and maybe a drizzle of dressing too, and mix to incorportate. Add your arugula, feta, and pistachios and drizzle a bit more dressing to the top. Mix it all up and enjoy!
