Four poached eggs served with braised beans with charred poblanos and onions, plus salsa roja & cheddar cheese! Paired with guacamole and four corn tortillas.

At home

  • Sheet tray
  • Nonstick pan

Remove lid to your huevos rancheros and place tin on a sheet tray. Pour salsa roja all over, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, warm tortillas one at a time in a nonstick pan. Serve with guacamole scooped on top!
