Our take on the classic South Asian & Iranian dish!

The star of this flavor-packed plate is succulent lamb shoulder that's been marinated overnight with yogurt & garam masala, then slow roasted

Served with:

- Aromatic basmati rice cooked in shorba (aka biryani gravy) with saffron, caramelized onion, mustard seed & coriander

- Sweet potato korma (aka curry) braised in coconut milk with chilies & spices

- A side of tangy, cooling labne raita with cukes, red onion, mint & dill

- 1 piece of garlic naan for scooping up all that saucy deliciousness

Since we took care of the low & slow cooking part, all you need is 15 min and a couple pans to make it table-ready!
