Prep time: 3 minutes

Six ounces of fresh lobster and claw meat, served with a side of our shallot-lemon-chive compound butter. Because sweet lobster warmed in rich, aromatic butter makes everything better.

Get some to go with your Corn Risotto, or maybe to up the decadence level of your Prime Rib (surf 'n turf, anyone?)

In your bag

  • Chive and shallot butter

At home

  • Nonstick pan

Add desired amount of chive & shallot butter to a pan and heat over low-medium heat to melt. Once melted, add lobster and heat gently until just warmed through. Serve with your Creamy Corn Risotto, Prime Rib, or create some other delicious, fab combo we haven't even thought of!
