Fresh out of the Test Kitchen! This new vegetarian bowl features couscous, crispy chickpeas, butternut squash, and harissa roast carrots atop a bed of arugula greens. Served with smoked almonds and feta cheese (on the side) for a little garnish.

Remove the chickpeas, feta, and almonds from your bowl and microwave it until warmed to your liking! Once warm, top with crispy chickpeas, feta cheese, and smoked almonds and dig in!
