Panzanella Salad with Burrata & Pesto

Our take on the classic Tuscan bread salad! Where homemade croutons mix n' mingle with crisp lettuce, creamy burrata, scratch-made pesto, marinated sundried tomatoes, and lightly roasted veggies (zucchini, green beans & cherry tomato). That bright, lemon-zesty arugula-basil pesto is nut-free, BTW, in case you needed yet another reason to love it. Ready to crush for lunch or dinner as fast as you can drizzle, garnish, and toss, toss, toss :)

In your bag

  • One dreamy bowl of greens & veggies!
  • Roasted garlic croutons
  • Pesto (nut-free!)
  • Fresh burrata

At home

  • Nothing! (OK, maybe a little S&P)

Pour about half your pesto over the top of your croutons and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soak up the flavor. Drizzle the rest of your pesto over your bowl of greens and veggies. After 5 minutes, toss in your crotons and mix everything up. Taste and season with S&P, add your burrata on top, and enjoy!
