Prep time: 30 minutes oven or 2-3 minutes microwave

Two southern classics in one! Gooey mac + cheese with roasted red peppers and Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Pair with whatever your heart desires :)

At home

  • Aluminum foil OR microwave-safe bowl and damp paper towel

Remove lid, cover with aluminum foil, and pop in a 350F oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes to get the top nice and crispy! (If you're in a rush, scoop mac into a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave until warmed to your liking!)
