Prime Rib with Veggie Gratin & Baked Potato

Do you love prime rib, but don’t love all the time and effort involved? Don’t worry Fam, we’ve got you! While certainly faster than preparing a rack from start to finish, this dish does require a little extra prep time. First, we’re going to let the steak rest at room temp for a few minutes— this equalizes the temp so it heats evenly! Then, we’re going low and slow in the oven to keep your prime rib pink & juicy. We hope you enjoy!
