Roasted Chicken with Spring Veggies

Prep time: 2-3 minutes microwave or 10-15 minutes

This is THE perfect easy weeknight dinner when you just don't have time to think about it! Our brined, herb-rubbed and roasted statler chicken breast is paired with crisp roasted asparagus and roasted fingerling potatoes. With ramp salsa verde on the side for dipping & drizzling as you please!

At home

  • Lightly greased aluminum foil-lined sheet tray

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Arrange chicken, asparagus, and potatoes side by side on a lightly greased foil-lined tray. Pop it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until warmed to your liking. Alternatively, microwave until hot (but don't overcook)!

2. Pour ramp salsa verde all over and enjoy :)
