Roasted Chicken with Winter Veggies

This light, bright, dynamite dinner is simple yet perfect! We pair a brined, herb-rubbed + roasted boneless skin-on chicken breast with simple roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash. Comes with chimichurri for drizzling allllllll over for a little extra flavor!

In your bag

  • Herb-roasted chicken breast
  • Honey-lime butternut squash
  • Brussels sprouts with Sherry vinegar
  • Chimichurri

At home

  • Aluminum foil-lined sheet tray OR microwave-safe dish

Option 1: Preheat the oven to 350F. Arrange chicken and veggies side by side on a foil-lined tray. Pop it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until warmed to your liking.

Option 2: Microwave until hot! Pour that Chimichurri all over and enjoy :)
