Spring Gazpacho for Two

Soup, but make it springy! Our scratch-made gazpacho features fresh spring produce (plum tomatoes, honeydew melon, red bell pepper, cucumber) blended with parsley, cilantro and basil. Paired with flavorful garlic focaccia for dipping & dunking into your bowl! Want to take this to the next level? Add on some lump crab with lemon & herbs!

Pour your gazpacho into a bowl. Stir and taste and season with S&P. Top with marinated lump crab (if you ordered it!). Pop your focaccia in a 350F oven on a sheet tray or in the toaster until it gets as crispy as you'd like.
