Sweet Chili & Mango Glazed Salmon

Prep time: 8-10 minutes oven or 2-3 minutes microwave

We, your biggest fans, are pretty big fans of this slammin’ salmon you’ve got here, and we hope you will be too. We’ve already marinated the salmon in tamari, agave, orange zest and more, but are leaving the glazing up to you, ‘cause you call the shots, boss! Glaze up your salmon and pop it in the oven, the rest is pretty simple… you’ve got this. Hope every bite is better than the last, Fam!

In your bag

  • Teriyaki-marinated salmon
  • Sweet chili mango glaze
  • Veggie fried rice with scallion, sprouts & spring peas
  • Blistered green beans with Sichuan peppercorn & fried shallots
  • Chili-marinated cucumbers with sesame

At home

  • Aluminum foil-lined sheet tray & a little oil or microwave-safe bowl & damp paper towel
  • Nonstick pan with a little oil or microwave-safe bowl & damp paper towel

The Salmon & Green Beans

Oven option:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Brush a little oil over your foil-lined sheet tray and place the green beans and salmon, skin-side down, on the tray. Spoon glaze over the top of the fish.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until warmed to your liking. 

Microwave option:

  1. Place salmon & green beans on a microwave-safe dish, pour glaze over the top of the fish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30 second increments until heated to your liking.

The Rice 

Microwave option:

  1. Add rice to a microwave-safe bowl, add a splash of water over the rice, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave until warmed to your liking.

Stovetop option: 

  1. Add a little oil to a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add in your rice and saute for a few minutes until hot & slightly crispy!

The Cukes

  1. Leave ‘em as is! They’re meant to be enjoyed cold.
