Aka, ‘not your average tomato sauce.’ We’ll tell ya why: We ditched the more familiar Italian flavors and tossed in ras el hanout (a Moroccan spice blend that includes cumin, coriander, turmeric, clove and nutmeg), as well as lemon & orange zest, paprika, & and little bitta honey. The result is, let's just say, magical & zesty (ma-zest-tical?). Set your saucy meatballs over that farro & barley, and for the love of garlic don’t forget the creamy dreamy labneh!
