Yum, yum yummy! Loved everything about this lo mein. oh the flavors and the vinaigrette. This truly is my.absolute favorite WECO dish and that is a very high bar!

Delish! one of my favorite things about WECO, besides the witty recipe commentaries, is how the meal choices pushes my family out of their food comfort zones. Tonight we ate soba noodles and miso Japanese eggplant!
