So here’s a secret you might not have known: these corn tortilla chips? Yeah, Mrs. Chips made them. She made them just for you. The woman, the myth, the legend. The secret recipe for these corn chips, written by our one and only Chef Matt, is something we miiiiiight be able to share with you all, ya know, since you’re part of the Fam. The recipe goes something like this…

Give tortilla strips to Mrs. Chips to fry. She will season them and make them nice.

The rest is a story only Mrs. Chips can tell, but that’s for another day. As you can see we’re excited about these nice nice tortilla strips, but we’re also excited for flavor-poppin’ adobo chickpeas, corn, fresh greens, and that fresh immersion-blended dressing that you’ll love so much you might just shed a tear. Or two. 

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl 
  • Corn tortilla strips
  • Cilantro-lime dressing

What you’ll need from home:

  • A fork!

 

How to prep:

  1. We think this bowl is best served at room temp! Remove the lid, dump the tortilla strips into your bowl and drizzle that dressing. Cover with your lid and shake it up!  Enjoy 🙂
