Apple + Oat Crisp

We’re loving how much y’all have been loving the sweeter side of WECO! Props to Chef Matt for finding these incredible apples from our neighbors over at Carver Hill Orchard in Stow and using them as the star of our latest dessert. No better way to finish a WECO night than with some melty tart apples and crumbly oats. Did you add ice cream? Did ya? We wanna know! How to Prep:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Pop off the lid and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let it cool for 3-5 tortuous minutes (worth it, we promise!).
  4. Enjoy!
