Artichoke Dip

There is a key step in our artichoke dip recipe that always yields the most exceptional of results, (your dip tonight) and that step is: “DO NOT BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH”. As we’ve said before, Chef Matt has a way with words if you can’t tell. We *do not* blend our artichoke dip until smooth, as per Chef Matt’s direction, because we like our dip CHUNKY. We want a piece of artichoke here, some spinach over there, and all the creamy cheesiness in between. It’s a balancing act, an art form, and our culinary team does this dip-dance with tact and dedication. Dip it up, peeps!

Total prep time: 15 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Artichoke dip
  • Chips

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing!

How to prep:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Remove the top and stick the dip in the oven for 17-20 minutes so it gets nice and melty (its container is oven safe).
  3. Remove from the oven carefully.
  4. Grab your chips and dip away!
