Baked Mac + Cheese

Have y’all heard about the Oxford English Dictionary’s word of the year: Goblin mode? It’s defined in part as “a type of behavior which is unapologetically self-indulgent.” So yeah, nomming on this is 100% that. Happy devouring, beloved WECO goblins 🙂

Total prep time: 30 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Your mac + cheese!
  • Coooooookie dough (more on that on the back!)

What you’ll need from home:

  • Aluminum foil
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

How to Prep:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Remove the lid to your mac + cheese.
  3. Grease your aluminum foil with olive oil or cooking spray and cover your mac + cheese.
  4. Place your mac + cheese in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Remove carefully from the oven, take off the foil, and place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
  6. Is it all ooey-gooey? Give it 5-10 minutes more if need be. Enjoy! 🙂

Freezing your mac + cheese or cookie dough for later? No problem! Freeze in its container and when you’re ready to enjoy, pop it in the fridge for 24 hours (or until fully thawed) and follow the steps above!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

What you’ll need from home:

  • Sheet tray
  • Non-stick spray or butter

How to Prep:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Keep the dough in the fridge while your oven warms up!
  2. Grease your sheet tray with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Gently tap the dough onto a surface to remove from the container. Use a knife to cut your hunk of dough into 8 equal pieces, and roll them into balls with your hands.
  4. Place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
  5. The cookie edges should be firm but the inside should still be soft, they’ll cook a bit more as they cool.
  6. Let them cool for 3-5 minutes to firm up (worth it, we promise!).
  7. Enjoy! Leave absolutely nothing behind! 🙂

And that’s it! Dessert served, dessert solved. #weareWECO
