What’s life without a little “spice”?
Yenno… a surprise every once in a while? Will your BBQ eats be in a box? A bag? A satchel delivered by carrier pigeon? Okay, okay, maybe the latter is a bit ambitious— but box or bag, these BBQ eats are gonna rock your world. Sit back, relax, and grab yourself a BBQ beef sando. You deserve it 🙂
Total prep time: 30 minutes
BBQ Beef
Distribute your BBQ beef evenly into a lightly greased casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 350F oven for 20-25 minutes. If you want your onion buns toasty, toss those in the toaster oven. To serve, portion a healthy helping of beef onto each onion bun and slather on the smoky soy BBQ sauce.
Sweet Corn + Miso Mac + Cheese
Spoon your mac + cheese into a lightly greased casserole dish, distributing evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 350F oven for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.
Red Cabbage Slaw
Grab a big ol’ bowl! Toss your slaw with the
aji panca dressing, starting lightly at first so that
you don’t overdress it. Season with s & p to your liking.
Baked Beans
Pour your beans into a small pot and
warm on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of water as needed to adjust consistency to your liking. When lightly simmering, remove from heat.
And that’s it! Weekend BBQ eats, solved. #weareWECO
