Beef Bourguignon

It’s the beef bourguignon you know and love, but with a side of FRENCH ONION SOUP POTATOES! A cross between a sinfully satisfying soup and a marvelous mash, kind of comparable to the awesomeness of a goldendoodle, a super-invention of modern science and creativity. These potatoes and cute puppies, more similar than you’d ever know. Here we are, on this Monday, just changing the course of history with potatoes. Who’da thunk? Ladle that beef bourg on top of your mash and let that flavors meld together. As you chow, thank the potato gods above for this combo, and think of goldendoodle puppies. Because who doesn’t love puppies.

What’s in your bag:

-Beef bourguignon

-French onion soup mashed potatoes

-Broccoli

What you’ll need from home:

-A pot

-Oil or butter

-A casserole dish

-Aluminium foil-lined sheet tray

-Salt n’ peppa

-A little H2O

Total prep time: 10-12 minutes

The Beef Bourguignon

  1. Pour your beef bourguignon into a pot and heat on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

The Mashed Potatoes

  1. Add a light coat of oil or butter to your casserole dish.
  2. Spoon potatoes in, and place in the oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.

The Broccoli

  1. Place broccoli on your sheet tray and put the tray in the oven at 350F for 7-10 minutes.

If you’ve got a shallow bowl, that might work nicely for this meal. Potatoes plop in the center, and take your spoon to create a divet in the potatoes for your beef bourguignon on top. Broccoli on the side? Sounds good. Dinner’s ready!

And that’s it! Dinner solved, dinner served. #weareWECO
