We’ll just say it. Calling it a Big Ass Salad isn’t something just anyone would do. But we’re not just anyone. We’re weird and we like it that way. Way back when, we threw a bunch of beautiful veggies and seeds and cheese into a salad, and it got so big, we called it a Big Ass Salad. Now we’ve gone one step further and topped it with some beautiful herb marinated, shredded chicken breast. Does that make it a Bad Ass Big Ass salad? We think so. This salad is big and most importantly, bold. It’s pure big salad-y bliss, in fact, and we’re so glad you’re eating it for dinner (or lunch!).
