We’ll just say it. Calling it a Big Ass Salad isn’t something just anyone would do. But we’re not just anyone. We’re weird and we like it that way. Way back when, we threw a bunch of beautiful veggies and seeds and cheese into a salad, and it got so big, we called it a Big Ass Salad, paying homage to the queen herself, Elaine of Seinfeld glory. Of course, she couldn’t call it Big Ass right there on NBC prime time, so we’re doing it for her. This salad is big, bad (well good, but you get it) and most importantly, bold. It’s pure big salad-y bliss, in fact, and we’re so glad you’re eating it for dinner (or lunch!).
