Sooo… we’ve been in the Crumble Lab with Chef Emily since the last time y’all tasted a crumble of ours. Oh, and what’s the Crumble Lab might you ask? It’s just the very scientific operation we have of fruit-based crumble trial and error. Our hypothesis: that separating crumble from fruit will ensure the most bombtastic crumble you’ve ever feast your eyes (and taste buds) on. This means no soggy crumble topping, just crispy crunchy goodness that you’ll layer on top of a blueberry-lovers dream. We hope you love it! Let us know what ya think, we’ll get back to the Crumble Lab for next time ;P
