Whole grains, melt in your mouth beef, slightly bitter baby broccolette, acidic + sweet tomatoes, soft shroomies, and a dash of a simple balsamic vin (the secret to ours is a little dijon, shhhh!) This hearty combination of tasty treats is sure to fill you up on this wintery Wednesday evening. Got any feta in the fridge? That might make a tasty addition. Leftovers for lunch? Toss it in a pan with some olive oil and mix it all up!
