Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Broccoli. Cheddar. Soup. The most likeable vegetable (ok we know that is kind of debatable) with the most likeable cheese (ok also debatable, Gouda is pretty awesome) combined into one slurpable format? How can we resist! We kept this dish simple, with wholesome ingredients like garlic, onion, a little bit of rosemary and thyme, and a whole lot of the essentials: broccoli and cheddar. Soup from scratch solves all problems, we know this to be true. We hope this soup from scratch warms you up and makes your evening a little more scrumptious than it was before! 

Total prep time: 5-10 minutes


What’s in your bag:

  • Soup!
  • Croutons!

What you’ll need from home:

  • A pot!

How to prep:

  1. Pop the pot on the stove and fill it with your soup.
  2. Heat on medium until warmed to your liking. Careful not to boil it or burn it!
  3. Pour or spoon into a bowl. 
  4. Top with croutons.
  5. Sluuuuuurp it up!
