Bruschetta Flatbread

Cheese? Tomatoes? Basil + arugula? Balsamic drizzle? All on a FLATBREAD PIZZA? Say no more. Say NO MORE. We are absolutely, completely, totally and utterly down to clown with this za. Flatbread pizza clown town: population WECO Fam.

Total prep time: 5 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Bruschetta
  • Arugula + basil
  • Mozzarella
  • Balsamic drizzle
  • Flatbread crusts

What you’ll need from home:

  • An aluminum foil lined sheet tray
  • Cutting board

How to prep:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F. Lay your flatbread pieces on the sheet tray. Yep, that’s right, just your flatbreads. 
  2. Toss the sheet tray in the oven for 6-8 minutes. 
  3. Remove carefully from the oven and sliiiiide your flatbreads onto the cutting board. Topping time: spoon a layer of the bruschetta over both flatbreads and top with your mozzarella. Add your fresh arugula + basil and drizzle your balsamic. 
  4. Slice it up, peeps! Maybe drizzle on some olive oil? Go nuts!
