Buddha Bowl

Ok, here’s the situation: this bowl is meant to be enjoyed COLD. Seriously, no heat for this one. Well, you know that we’re not here to tell you what to do, of course. You do you. BUT! We think the pickled beets, vegan Caesar dressing, lentils + garbanzos, and veggie assortment all have flavors that pop when they’re served cold. Like, not just pop, but POP! Give it a try. You can warm it next time if it doesn’t end up striking your fancy. We think it’s gonna strike your fancy, though 🙂

  • Your bowl 

What you’ll need from home:

  • A little s + p maybe?

Total prep time: 5 minutes

How to prep:

  1. Remove the lid from the bowl and take out the ramekin of Caesar dressing (no chovy) from your bowl.
  2. Drizzle your dressing and toss it UP!
  3. Take a lil’ bite. Need some s + p? Add some. Don’t think it needs s + p? Don’t add it. 
  4. Enjoy!
