Burrata and Spring Vegetable Bowl

As Chef Matt once said, “we gonna cook some stuff and cut some stuff too. Ok?” 

And that is exactly what we did. We cut some stuff, we cooked some stuff, and here you have it, all in one glorious container. Ok, maybe we did a bit more than that—add a sprinkling of #WECOlove, some culinary magic, and a glorious ball of soft cheese and cream. Toss that beautiful burrata ball atop your springtime veggies: asparagus, snap peas, snow peas, and more! Coat it all up with your pesto and call it a day. Why make it more complicated than it needs to be? 

Total prep time: 2 minutes


What’s in your bag:

  • One dreamy bowl
  • Burrata!
  • Pesto

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing
  • OK, a little S+P

How to prep:

  1. Drizzle on your pesto with as much abundance as you’d like.
  2. Season with S+P.
  3. Toss, toss, toss. All your veggies are beneath your greens! 
  4. Add burrata to the bowl.
  5. Enjoy! 🙂
