Bring on the burrata. Seriously, bring it ON! And texture. Bring that on too. For your bowl tonight, we roasted up some asparagus, snap peas + snow peas for our roasted veggie base. Then, we did something kinda crazy… we added raw snow peas + snap peas for crunchy texture (you know we love some crunch.) Aaaand what did we do next? Greens, all of ‘em. Watercress, pea greens, mizuna + arugula add an array of different mild and slightly zingy flavors— and the pesto, oh… the pesto. Nut free, simple, and lots of lemon juice is our secret.
