Burrata and Summer Vegetable Bowl

Bring on the burrata. Seriously, bring it ON! And texture. Bring that on too. For your bowl tonight, we roasted up some asparagus, snap peas + snow peas for our roasted veggie base. Then, we did something kinda crazy… we added raw snow peas + snap peas for crunchy texture (you know we love some crunch.) Aaaand what did we do next? Greens, all of ‘em. Watercress, pea greens, mizuna + arugula add an array of different mild and slightly zingy flavors— and the pesto, oh… the pesto. Nut free, simple, and lots of lemon juice is our secret. We hope you enjoy, Fam!

  • One dreamy bowl
  • Burrata!
  • Pesto

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing! 
  • OK, a little S+P

How to prep:

  1. Drizzle on your pesto with as much abundance as you’d like.
  2. Season with S+P.
  3. Toss, toss, toss. All your veggies are beneath your greens! 
  4. Add burrata to the bowl.
  5. Enjoy! 🙂
