Happy Friday! It’s a great time to look back at the week and think about what we’re grateful for… and we gotta say, this local burrata is near the top. Fluffy and light yet decadent, it’s just next level. Paired with the sweetness of full, juicy, grilled peaches and COME ON. Perfection! And we couldn’t stop there. You’ve got some baby kale and a touch of basil pesto, topped with honey-roasted sunflower seeds. This dinner is equal parts light and bright, and we hope your weekend is the same! Let’s burrata, shall we?

  • Burrata 
  • Grilled peaches
  • Basil pesto
  • Baby kale
  • Honey-roasted sunflower seeds

What you’ll need from home:

  • A nice big bowl
  • Tossing utensils

How to prep:

  1. Baby kale in the bowl
  2. Drizzle with pesto and toss
  3. Top with burrata, peaches and sunflower seeds.
