Burrata Panzanella

Burrata? More like brrr…..ata! Where’s spring peeps? This winter stuff is really great and all, but we’re missing the sun. Hopefully this bowl will remind you of it, and the days where you sat outside, toes in the grass, under the trees…oh crap, we are getting distracted. Anyways, shout out to Mozzarella House in Peabody, MA for these creamy, dreamy, personalized burratas. They’re local AF, small batch created, and definitely high quality cheese. Obviously the burrata is the headliner, but um, these baguette croutons are to die for. Use your pesto as you wish, we think right over the burrata is a good place. Or all over your veggies. Or all over everything 🙂

Total prep time: 2 minutes

 

What’s in your bag:

  • One dreamy bowl
  • Burrata!
  • Pesto
  • Croutons

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing
  • OK, a little S+P

How to prep:

  1. Drizzle on your pesto with as much abundance as you’d like, and toss the croutons in there too.
  2. Season with S+P.
  3. Toss, toss, toss.
  4. Add burrata to the bowl.
  5. Enjoy! 🙂
