Burrata Panzanella

What happens when you combine a cream-filled ball of cheese, chunks of crispy croutons, Applefield Farm greens (outta Stowe, MA!) and homemade pesto? Your Friday gets 10x better, that’s what. Maybe even 15x better, but we haven’t worked out the exact math. It would probably be 30x better if you had two burrata, but that would just be ridiculous…or would it? 

Either way, one burrata, two burrata, three burrata, four- green beans, squash, and sundried tomatoes are here to steal your heart. Well, your tastebuds’ heart.

Total prep time: 2 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • One dreamy bowl!
  • Burrata
  • Pesto

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing
  • OK, a little S+P

How to prep:

  1. Drizzle on your pesto with as much abundance as you’d like.
  2. Season with S+P.
  3. Toss, toss, toss.
  4. Add your burrata to the bowl.
  5. Enjoy! 🙂
