Italian for “cheese and pepper,” cacio e pepe is a traditionally simple pasta dish with grated Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper. We’ve created a WECO spin on this by adding some veggies, of course, (cauliflower, spinach, green beans) and using orzo instead of spaghetti. Perfect for your Thursday night meal (or Friday lunch!) How to prep:
