Italian for “cheese and pepper,” cacio e pepe is a traditionally simple pasta dish with grated Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper. We’ve created a WECO spin on this by adding some veggies, of course, (spinach + green beans) and using orzo instead of spaghetti. Perfect for your Wednesday night meal (or Thursday lunch!) Many members of our WECO Fam LOVE the bowls for next-day-at-noon-time. Whenever you decide to chow, we hope you enjoy it! 🙂

What’s in your bag:
- Your bowl
- Cacio e pepe sauce
- Parmesan crumbs
What you’ll need from home:
- Nothing!
How to prep:
- Remove the cacio e pepe sauce and the vinaigrette from the bowl.
- Drizzle the c&p sauce all over.
- Put the whole bowl in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Add your parmesan crumbs on top and dIg in!
