Chicken Tinga + Adobo Rubbed Broccoli

Hi! Happy Monday. We can’t wait for you to enjoy this chicken tinga tonight. Chicken tinga is a dish originating in Puebla, Mexico, and highlights tender shredded chicken.  We’ve got that, plus saffron rice, corn, beans, red onion and of course, adobo rubbed broc. A well-rounded meal for our well-loved WECO Fam (you!). Enjoy.

Total prep time: 2 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Pico de gallo

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing!

How to prep:

  1. Remove the ramekin of pico de gallo.
  2. Pop the whole darn thing in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with pico.
  4. Dig in! Have a wonderful Monday evening 🙂

And that’s it! Dinner solved, dinner served. #weareWECO
