Take a look at this A+ assortment—we’ve got a lot of veggies on the menu tonight so let’s rattle ‘em off: chicory, arugula, frisée, fennel, and radish! Bonus points if you can distinguish which is which. Sunflower seeds are in there too. Oh, and that steak on top, yeah, that’s citrus flank steak. Yep. Give it a little shake, shake, shake with the dressing and call it a day 🙂
