Take a look at this A+ assortment—we’ve got a lot of veggies on the menu tonight so let’s rattle ‘em off: chicory, arugula, frisee, dandelion greens, fennel, and radish! Bonus points if you can distinguish which is which. Sunflower seeds are in there too. Oh, and that steak on top, yeah, that’s citrus flank steak. Yep.
